Cancelling a Subscription

It is strongly recommended that you backup and download your data before you cancel your subscription, as once your subscription to the allocPSA service is cancelled your instance of allocPSA and all your data will be erased. To generate and then download a data backup from within allocPSA: click on the Tools tab, and select the "Database & File Backup" link.

To end your subscription all you need to do is cancel the PayPal subscription. PayPal subscribers may cancel their subscriptions by following the steps below. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

1. Log In to your PayPal account
2. Click the History tab.
3. Click the Details of the subscription in question. (Look for the entry where the Status is 'Active')
4. Click the Cancel Subscription button. The next page will ask for confirmation, click the button again.
