Upgrades and enhancements

For the duration of your subscription you benefit from a steady stream of enhancements and bugfixes. We welcome user participation in this process.

Support

All subscriptions receive a complete support package. With email and member forum support for queries that are non-critical, and telephone support for when you want to talk to a person.

Backups

Data is automatically backed up on a nightly basis. In addition there is a facility within the allocPSA application to allow you to create, download or restore your own backups manually.

Open source

allocPSA is open source software. This means that if you want to freely download and install it on your own server, you are more than welcome. It is an easy two-step process to take your allocPSA.com data and upload it into your own private instance of allocPSA.

Home	Your personalised digital dashboard.
You have Clients	An organisation that you do business with.
Your Client provides Projects	A section of work which may be broken up into related activities.
Project activites are called Tasks	A unit of work usually consisting of one conceptual TODO item.
Tasks can be billed for with Time Sheets	That help track any work an employee has done on Tasks.
Time Sheets can be used to generate Invoices	A request for payment of goods or services.

allocPSA also comes with a sophisticated Product/Sales module that allows you to track acquisition and margin allocations for goods and services sold. The People tab provides access to your organisations resources, and the Tools tab contains some useful add-ons.
